1. No Refunds or Returns

All purchases made on BitoMart are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our products (digital and premium artworks), we do not accept returns or exchanges.


2. Exception – Digital Product Issues

Refunds will only be provided if the digital product is defective, corrupted, or not accessible due to a technical error.

In such cases, you must contact us within 3 days of purchase with proof of issue.


3. How to Request a Refund (if eligible)
